Worked when I needed it in a pinch.

1 star for false advertising

High Quality and good designs for both the jack + the crank handle.
I really was surprised by the heavy duty build, the extra large base, and the sturdy crank handle with spinning grab.

I wanted a jack that was low to the ground, and would lift at least 300 lbs. This jack fits those needs. Its easy to use, stable, strong. And it fit the budget.

It took me a while and a little brain storming but I found this to be my back saver! I use it to lift furniture in order to add lifts. And it’ll come in handy due any future lifting!

The ease of using it.

Bought this in a pinch after my hydraulic jack failed. I have a small car (kia forte) and didn’t even get the wheel off the ground (on the flat concrete inside my garage) before one arm of the jack was bent to the point of getting close to popping off the hinge. Even if this wasn’t dangerous, it makes it nearly impossible to raise the jack with the uneven pressure on one side of one hinge. And this is with only maybe 500lbs of weight (like I said the tire wasn’t even off the ground before I quit).

First off, for the price you get a relatively beefy scissor jack. That’s the good thing. If your job is to use this to lift maybe 50% of the jack’s rated capacity, you are good to go.
The bad things: the base of this jack is weak; if you lift on uneven surfaces, be prepared to have a jack with a bent base. Absolutely, positively do not trust the crank handle for this jack. Near capacity half of your energy will go into raising the jack, while the remainder will go into bending the handle at the bend. If you substitute a solid hook handle from another jack, you solve the problem, but its surprising to have such a flimsy handle (and easily bent feet) mated to an otherwise solid jack. Mine will now be relegated to use as a stabilizer for a travel trailer – something it excels at.

This jack will not lift anything. There is something mechanically wrong with it. It had to be returned.

It will lift the car but you need a strong back to crank it up.

Not used on cars. Used to raise a couple of objects that were too heavy to lift.

It’s really hard to turn the crank to lift the vehicle

I needed to change a wheel on my golf cart and this jack was the perfect choice. It is easy to use and a great value.

There are better constructed jacks that should invest in. I’m a long-time shopper; i wish would stock better automotive supplies. They have great tool selection but lack in the automotive section.
