So far so good with this. The price was right so I decided to give it a try. I was a little unsure about the costs involved beyond the initial purchase price. The initial purchase includes the ability to scan all vehicles from a manufacturer. I chose Toyota since that’s what I was working on. If you want all manufacturers and the ability to reset some additional systems in your car, I believe it will cost you $129 for the first year and then $99/year after that. For the limited amount of time that I have gotten to use it, it seems very well made, very well packaged, easy to set up and register, and the user interface seems to be fairly easy to navigate. All in all it’s much better than the basic Bluetooth dongle that you can buy and use with generic software.
