Worked fine for a few minutes but began blinking intermittently before dying altogether. Magnet also not very strong.

My old Craftsman drill press had the original light and worked, but was too weak fory old eyes. So, Craftsman to the rescue! This light is very flexible and it’s long so you can mount it fairly far yet secure with the strong magnetic base. I love it, and it even matches in color. You won’t be disappointed. Now need one for my scroll saw.

It has a nice bright flashlight. However, the magnet is barely strong enough to hold it in place. It would be a 5 star if it had a stronger magnet. It is a great product.

My first one started blinking and turning off during use so I exchanged it thinking it was simply a bad light. However the second light did exactly the same thing. I use it with a scroll saw doing detail work and the light failed throughout the cuts. This is unacceptable while doing detail work. I noticed others with the same complaint. Really disappointed with what was once my go-to tool company.

One of the best flexible neck flashlights I’ve ever had. Vey pliable neck. Yet holds it shape for a far length. Strong magnet. The on/off button is on the head so it can be used as a task light. Pulling it to where it needs to go then turned on. Zoomable lens . Spot or flood. And a high or low output. Only question is the battery life. The ones that came with it (3 AA), didn’t last long. But I did use it a decent bit.

East to get the extended neck into small spaces and the light is high density

This light eats batteries and is very poorly made. If you don’t turn it off at every opportunity, you’re always changing batteries. Within months one of the springs holding one of the batteries in popped out and I had to repair it. Next the switch broke. Very disappointing, the Craftsman Brand isn’t what it used to be.

WOW! it was cooler than I thought!!! You can see down between cylinders clear as day! Bright light with the added bonus of focusing the light direct or wide angle.

The bendability of it.

This light has all the features I need to attach it and focus the light on my work. I bought two, one for my drill press and one for my bandsaw. Both are securely mounted using the magnetic base. I love the different brightness settings and the ability to focus the light beam.
