Sleek design and very simplistic. Included USB-C cable to connect from device to 110v plug. There is also a USB-C to USB to connect from the device to the provided 12v plug for charging in a vehicle. It includes an indicator that shows the battery percentage. There is also a LED light that is built in on the end. It is a 3 function, steady led, flashing led, and flashing red. The positive and negative jumper cables seem to be very sturdy and are removable from the battery pack. It’s a simple plug used to attach and detach.

The very first thing I noticed upon unboxing this item was the carrying case. It is a soft/semi rigid case that is very nice looking and gets you ready for a premium product inside.
After reading all of the instructions, I was ready to charge the battery. It was already approximately 80 percent charged when I received it. So it didn’t take long for me to charge it the rest of the way using the wall adapter (approx 30-40 minutes).
I had an old battery that has a lot of corrosion on it that I wanted to test this item out on. The battery was not completely depleted, but was very draggy when trying to start the car. I hooked up the supplied battery cables, powered on the unit, and the car started without issue!
Next I wanted to try it out on my phone. I hooked up the appropriate cable (I had to use my own as the supplied cable was not the correct type for my phone). It worked perfectly. In my picture of the device using the USB out I was unable to take a photo of my phone charging because I was using my phone to take the photo. I did add the description and a photo of what the screen looks like when you are doing that vs using it to jump start a battery.
There are also a few options for lights on this device. There is a solid white light, a flashing white light, and a flashing red light. This may come in handy if you were broken down on the side of the road.
This is truly an amazing piece of equipment. It is lightweight, small/compact, and effective.

Fortunately haven’t had to use it yet but it’s a really well made product. It comes with a well thought out hard case that holds the battery pack, wall plug, two USB cords, and battery clips. The battery pack itself is robust with plugs for the battery charger portion and two USB for device charging and charging the battery pack itself. It arrived with the battery at 70% and charged to 100% in less than an hour. It’s been in my trunk in temperatures into the single digits and the the battery remains at 100%. This whole assembly is engineered really well and you can tell every aspect was thoroughly thought through. I wish everything was designed as well as this. Highly recommend.

Nice charger. I put it the test using it on a car that was sitting for 2 months after it had hit -30. It took a little bit but it did manage to start the car. Unfortunately the battery was dead dead and needs replacement. But this is one button operation (with override button) shows the percentage left and prompts when to start the car.
These really should be in every car. This past storm so many people went into stores and out to dead batteries.

Extremely useful product for the every day driver! I drive an older minivan and have had many car problems before. Few things are worse than being stuck with a dead battery, trying to ask for help. This takes the difficulty out of dead batteries and car troubles with roadside assistance. The design is incredible, the packaging and carrying case are super slick. A huge bonus is the charging ports I can charge my laptop and phone easily which is very nice when I’m on the road. Especially when I have my car battery off. The instructions are incredibly simple and give a step by step guide

I just received my unit a week ago Bday gift I’m in car sales new and used today the weather was around the upper 40s I had to boost to cars at 100% the first car was a 4 cylinder after I boosted it went to 96% I was like wow. Later the day I sold a preown car another 4 cylinder again it worked perfect but the % went to 65% im like wow two more car will probably drain it out. I turn on the flashlight I’m like looking at the % it’s draining 1 increment a second so I’m thinking it’s only gonna last like a minute and it does so l have to charge it, luckily I’m home for this. So my question is did I get an old unit that the battery doesn’t hold its charge 🤔 should the store switch it out for me? If I take it this weekend Old Unit is there a born on date on the unit?? So I’ll know what to look for on the next unit?

Emailed the company and even though product is still under warranty they offered no “fix” resolution as to why this unit quits recharging to 100%. Instructed me to return it to the store.

have not had to use yet to do any jump starts. Was impressed with the smart protective case which I did not realize I was getting. Everything needed is organized, protected, and compact! I had NO trouble charging the unit to 100%. It came at about 84 percent when I opened the package.
I like the long standby time, and the reminder to top it off every couple months just to keep it ready. I have some road trips planned in the future and feel more protected and ready to help myself, OR help someone who needs a jump start where I do not want my car battery to be involved.
I started my research at other online stores, and ended up seeing this unit at online. It was more powerful and still in my price range. The delivery was timely, and I received status emails from the time I place my order until it arrived at my local store. I used the Pick Up Locker for the first time, and that was easy.

Without a doubt the highest quality car jumper I’ve ever come across. To start off, the packaging is some of the best I’ve seen in an emergency kit by far. It’s outer case is similar to those of the top of the line waterproof soft coolers. The zipper appears to be waterproof too. Inside, the foam packaging and inlays for each component are perfect and durable. The cables are stress relieved properly and I imagine this to remain durable. The integrated light is bright and has three functions, flashlight, blinking, and red blinking. The LED display is easily read and tells you when you can attempt to start your car. This is an all in one kit with included chargers (both car adapter and wall adapter) and charges via USB-C so it’s fairly universal. I would highly recommend this to go in the car of your kids or non-mechanically inclined loved ones. For me, this will remain in my wife’s car because I trust it to get her out of a bind. It’s so simple to use that I could talk her through it over the phone. It only plugs in one way and then simply red to red, black to black and then wait for it to say start. She will never have to go around a parking lot asking if anyone can help jump her car. I can’t recommend this product enough and I’m mad at myself for not getting one sooner.

This 2000-AMp Car Batter Jump Starter is a must have for your car. It comes with all needed cables, plugs, chargers, and a very nice custom case to put it all in. It all looks an feels high quality and you can tell they didn’t cut any corners, you get what you pay for. Very easy to use and the battery re-charges quickly. You can use it as a power bank as well for any USB B or C powered items (phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) while on the go or camping. It has a built in flashlight that is very bright. It also has options to blink on and off white or red lights. This would also make a great present for loved ones so you never have to worry about them getting stuck someplace alone or having to wait for a towing service to get a jump.

I am very lucky to have this right before the cold freeze set in. We had a couple vehicle’s that would not even crank over. We hooked this amazing jump starter up, and with in a minute we had it running. We started 3 vehicles that day and didn’t need to recharge the power pac. Vehicles ranged from 2016 jeep cherokee to 1999 7.3L f250. I am completely astounded how well this works. We have recharged it and it is sitting on a shelf in our house. When we went out we took it with us just in case someone else needed help.

At first sight during unboxing I was impressed by the quality that went into this. The unit has a good solid body without feeling overly heavy. Looking at the unit the display is clear and easy to read, the design is attractive, and there is rubberized padding on the edges. Having such a high quality display showing charge state of the device as well as voltage of the vehicles electrical system is a welcome feature that will add to your confidence when the time comes that you need a jump. The carrying case is also a thing of beauty with storage for the unit and all its cables. The jumper cables have their own shape formed storage area that keeps them untangled and ready for action. All of it reeks of quality build and thoughtfulness.
But, does it work? The answer is a yes. A friend of mine had his car sitting in his driveway for over a month. We jump started it and it worked.

-Hardest part about this is remembering to charge periodically so it has enough charge when an emergency actually occurs.

This is an awesome jump box. By far the best one my work has ever had. This jump started our forklift like nothing and only went down 1%. The guys sometimes leave the lights on and the next day the battey is completely dead. The last jump box would not even start it, we had to use jumper cables and start it will a vehicle. Liked it so much bought another one for my own personal use.

This is a very clever product. First off i love that it comes in its own little storage bag. There was already a charge on it when we opened it which is nice because if i had gotten for a gift and then just placed it in my truck without really knowing what it was i would be out of luck if i needed to use it. It can be charged in the car or with an outlet at home. Its super useful to know if i am only the only one around and my car battery needs a jump then i wouldnt have to wait for someone else to arrive for to jump my car.

The Fanttik 2000-Amp Battery Jump Starter is as sleek as it is useful. I am a senior manager for a transportation and parking operation that does hundreds of jump-starts per year. I have purchased and decommissioned at least a dozen jump boxes, and this one is by far the easiest to maneuver and use. We can’t use jumper cables in our operation, as they are against our company’s policy and risky for the rescue vehicles. Some of them are so big and bulky that our employees would struggle based on the positioning of the parked vehicle and the weight of the jump box; however, this entire kit is about the size of a lunch box. I like the fact that it takes up virtually no space in the vehicle, but even better, it’s sleek and clean, fitting nicely in its case. That feature is always so important to me because chargers and correct cords are so hard to keep track of. Also, it’s properly laid out so that our employees can’t hook the cables up backwards (see pictures). I had my doubts about how effective it might be in jumping a vehicle due to its size, but we tested it on one of our vans that’s been having battery issues. It was the coldest week of the year in the middle of a snowstorm, and it started right up. When I originally opened it, I charged it to 100 percent, which is displayed on a large digital display on the front of the unit, and it sat in my car for a couple very cold weeks. When I pulled it out to use it, it was at 78 percent, so I will be sure to charge it now and then, which is very simple and can be done at any outlet. The fact that it can also be used to charge personal devices really makes it a nice item for anyone who travels as much as we do; I never feel like we can have enough extra power supplies with how much the kids use devices, we rely on our phones, and I need to stay connected to my email while I am on the road. I think it is safe to say that we will be buying several more of these.

This jumpstarter is an incredible innovation made with high quality parts. I actually didn’t even know something like this existed, but when I saw it I knew my family needed one in our car. It is very easy to charge this device right out of the box. It has a lot of features that makes it very intuitive to use. It has a well labeled usb portal that is used to charge the device or to charge your own phone! The 12 volt battery charge portion is also well labeled and easy to use. Another feature that I love is the built in light that easily lit up under the hood when I needed to use it. When it came time to charge my car battery, it is as easy as attaching the clamps to the battery and pressing the power button. This should be gifted to all your loved ones that drive so they are never stranded on the road!

Has a DC charger port but doesn’t come with DC charger. was told by customer service to use the USB with an apple iPhone charger. As if everyone has that charger. poor customer service and way overpriced product. will be returning tomorrow.

This jump starter is so easy to use! It has instructions on the device itself so that it is easy to know what to do. It is small enough that it can go in your trunk without taking up much space. It is better than jumper cables because sometimes you can’t park next to a car with a dead battery to use the cables but with this you don’t need to park next to the car with a dead battery.
