Bought this based on the brand name but regret it. After a year and half it became frozen so you couldn’t unlock it with the key. Had to cut it off. Warranty is only one year so guess they know it won’t last.

Dust cover that covers the keyhole seems cheap and only after a few weeks looks and feels like it is ready to break off, but everything else seems solid

Very solid locking pin. Easy to use, feels strong and has a cover to keep the dirt and weather out

The lock is good and seems tamper-proof. It is unfortunate that the keys are not labeled.

Reese towpower had to be drilled out by locksmith to remove after being used once. I am hoping the guys at Lowe’s will allow a return of this gutted unit. I am weary of this brand. Guessing it is made in China.

These type devices usually all work initially just as my first did but can fail in a year it two from road dirt/rain etc. A. Evaluation at this point is really premature.

Easily accessible and dust cover prevents the mud from clogging the lock

This product was exactly what I needed. It fit perfect worked as intended. Took me a few minutes to understand that the lock cover slid instead of popping open. So be careful not to try to pry it open.

The sleeve gets stuck in the receiver hole when you try to remove the lock shaft and you cannot remove the hitch.
