The XL mounting bracket is an 8in X 8in bracket that connects to the Trailer Valet XL, XL pro and RVR models with a stow pin, and attaches to the trailer using 4 bolts. You can now use almost all Trailer Valet movers on the side of your trailer frame for an easy hand off to and from your hitch vehicle.

I have to use a strap to keep it from swinging out from the mount.

Initial delivery had several missing items. Valet folks were quick to send the proper parts. For me the adapter set up is much more secure for moving my boat around.

My valet was falling off the ball. It had terrible traction. Basically the thing was dangerous. It was not compatible with my receiver. This product fixed that issue for me and made the valet a product I can count on. If your valet is having issues this is the fix to alot of them.

I received the mounting bracket, and it appears to be very well constructed. I have noted it on my tandem axel boat trailer. I put the boat away for the winter so I have not tried the bracket yet, but I am confident that it will work well. If there was anything that I consider a drawback was that a little more instruction on installation would’ve been helpful.

This makes the trailer valet work like you want it to. I had issues keeping the ball tight when trying to use the coupler. This fixes that.
